Poolify.ai (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides AI-generated swimming pool design services to homeowners and contractors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our website, app, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using Poolify.ai, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect: Email address, authentication details (via Supabase), consent to Terms & Conditions (stored in user profile).
1.2 User-Submitted Content
When using the design generator, you may upload: Images of your backyard, design selections, prompts, and preferences, feedback and requests. These may be processed by third-party AI models (e.g., Replicate) solely to deliver the requested output.
1.3 Payment Information
Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Poolify.ai does not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment data. We may store credit purchase history, amounts purchased, and Stripe session/intent identifiers.
1.4 Usage Data
We automatically collect: Pages visited, features used, device, browser and IP information, traffic sources, and aggregated analytics via Google Analytics (GA4).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve our AI design service, generate pool designs, maintain galleries and credits, improve output quality, process payments, provide customer support, enforce our Terms & Conditions, and detect abuse, fraud, or misuse. We never sell your personal information.
3. Sharing Your Information
We may share information with trusted third parties strictly for service delivery (Replicate, Supabase, Stripe, analytics providers). Images may be used anonymously for marketing only with explicit permission.
4. Data Storage and Security
Data is securely stored in Supabase and protected using industry-standard security measures including RLS, role-based access, SSL, and secure credential handling.

Poolify.ai is not intended for users under 13.

9. Marketing Use of Images
If you choose to opt in, you grant Poolify permission to use your uploaded photos and generated design images for Poolify’s marketing and promotional purposes, including displaying examples on our website, in advertisements, and on social media. This permission is optional and can be changed at any time in your account settings. If you revoke consent, we will stop using newly created content for marketing going forward. To request removal of previously posted content, contact us at hello@poolify.ai and include the email address associated with your account and (if available) the gallery link.
